Due to the ongoing LPG supply situation, there may be a temporary shortage of gas at times. As a precaution, we have placed an induction stove in the kitchen for your convenience. Please feel free to use it as needed, and do let us know if you require any assistance. Its a brand new two storey villa located in a beautiful locality of Zalor/ Varca South Goa. The society is well connected by roads passing through coconut trees and paddy fields, making it an exciting place for stay during the monsoon as well. The society has 24*7 security and is safe for families. The house is facing the jungle and offers good view from all the windows. All the rooms are spacious with ~200 sq. ft. area, attached balcony/ terrace and attached bathrooms. Rooms have AC, King size bed with premium mattress, Sofa, Wardrobe, Smart Fans, USB charging points and attached bathroom with Geyser. Apart from amenities mentioned in the listing above, house has invertor, Iron board, electric kettle, bar table, rocking chair and outside furniture. Services such as pickup and drop, scooter and car on rent can be provided on request. Check-in and Checkout is facilitated by our house care taker and can be accessed for cleaning and cooking as well. We clean the house daily once except for Sundays. Free parking space is available for the guests. Swimming pool is common and is accessible only between 9:00am and 6:00pm. It is on a paid basis at INR 100 per person per day. Pool is closed on Sunday. Swimwear is mandatory for the same and the life guard has all the rights to say no in the absence of swimwear. Party is not allowed around the pool. Nearest beach is Zalor Beach, a pristine non commercial beach with a couple of Shacks for hanging out and lifeguards for safe bath in the ocean. The beach looks beautiful in the mornings with clean white sand. You cannot miss the Sunset as well. Other popular beaches within 2 to 5km include Varca, Cavellosim, Benaulim, Cavelossim, Betalbatim and Mobor. Multiple happening place for chilling, partying and good food are in close proximity such as Fishman’s wharf, James Corner, Mike’s place to name a few. Caboderama beach, Betul fort, Palolem and agonda beach are just a short drive away. Happy to share with you our curated list of making your trip a memorable one. The property is located 9 kms from Margaon Railway Station and 35 kms from Goa Airport. Incase you are driving to the property then you need not worry, there is a free dedicated parking space right beside the Villa. Zalor beach is 3-5mins walk from the society gate. Considering poor connectivity of public transport in South Goa and on demand cab services like Uber and Ola, it is advisable to rent/ hire a bike or car incase you don’t have your vehicle to go around places. We can share contact details of Cab and Bike rental service providers incase you need it. While we don’t serve food, these are the options available: 1) There are multiple good places in the vicinity of the house (2-5km range) where you can dine 2) You can order food online via Zomato/ Swiggy 3)We have a fully functional kitchen where you can cook anything 4) We can try arranging for a cook as well if required 5) We change the linen every alternate day. However, incase of any spill over, we can change it asap.
